The following terms and conditions apply to individuals accessing or using the Program both as a merchant ("us" or "Merchant") and as an affiliate ("you" or "Affiliates") who refer customers to the Program from Merchant.

By participating in the Program, Members agree to use and be bound by the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any way.

1. Approve or deny registration

We reserve the right to approve or deny registration for any Affiliate Program at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for denying your registration to the Affiliate Program.

2.Affiliate links and coupons

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate affiliate links for specific products or collections. If someone clicks on someone else’s referral link, and then they click on your referral link, then your referral link is the most important.

Members may or may not be assigned a coupon code, the details and usage of which are spelled out on the dashboard. If a customer both clicks on an affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive double the commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote it.

Members can also advertise merchant websites on online channels like Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

三、Commissions and payments

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website and you will receive a commission amount calculated as per the commission structure. The commission amount depends on the order value and does not include additional fees (taxes, shipping, etc.).

For affiliates to receive commissions, you need to specify payment details in Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on the Member Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for successfully completed transactions. Use of the affiliate program is governed by the Fair Use Policy, which gives merchants the right to review each referral order. Commission Status If displayed in the Commissions tab, any commissions paid will be listed in the Payments tab. Transactions that result in a chargeback or chargeback will not be paid.

4.marketing tools

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos or series-specific promotions with you through the Marketing Tools tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.

5.network

If the Network tab is activated, members can invite others to become their downline members. If any downline affiliate brings orders to the merchant's store, the upline affiliate will also get network commission, depending on the merchant settings.

To invite other branches to join the system, share a network link and any other branches that click on the link and register will become downline branches.

6.Cookie

We use cookies to track people who click on your links, so they need a cookie for us to track them.

If someone doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, we won't be able to track them and therefore won't be able to pay for that person's activity.

The membership registration form says Cookies Day. The tracking day will begin when a customer clicks on an affiliate link or uses a coupon. During the cookie time, every order placed by the customer on the merchant's website will automatically generate a commission to the affiliate (the customer does not need to click on the affiliate link at this time).

7. Remove from referral program

Information collected from merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through sales@cavolknives.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant with whom you interact directly - we act on their behalf as a processor and can only forward your request to them for their response.
